With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, I’m proud to lead the Hiley Subaru team as General Manager. I have a real passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle and for delivering an outstanding ownership experience from start to finish.

As a proud Texas resident and family man, I bring warmth, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to everything I do. I believe in building strong relationships, empowering my team, and making the car-buying process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. Whether you’re shopping for your first Subaru or your next adventure-ready vehicle, my commitment is simple: treat every guest like family.

Outside of work, you’ll most often find me spending quality time with my loved ones and enjoying everything the North Texas lifestyle has to offer.

Originally from Los Angeles, I now enjoy life with my beautiful wife and our two wonderful daughters. Family means everything to me, and they inspire me every day to keep growing and creating.

My background is in music production and audio engineering—I've always had a passion for sound, creativity, and expression. Whether I’m in the studio or out in nature, I’m always looking for inspiration.

I started out driving a Dodge Challenger, but these days I prefer the versatility and efficiency of the Subaru Forester Hybrid—it fits perfectly with my love for both adventure and innovation.

I believe in treating everyone with respect. It’s a simple but powerful way to create better connections and a more positive world.

At home, we have a Sharpebeagle mix named Kobe, a birthday gift for my daughter and now a cherished member of the family.

Outside of work, I love making music and exploring the outdoors with my family. When it comes to getting away, Cancun is my go-to spot—sun, culture, and unforgettable memories.

I’m Mike Blake, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I come from a big family with five brothers, two nephews, and a niece, and they’ve all played a part in shaping who I am today.

I’m passionate about art, video games, fitness, and nutrition. Creativity and wellness go hand in hand for me—I love drawing and painting, and I (fairly) regularly hit the gym to stay active and energized.

My first car was an '85 Ford Tempo, and today, I’m a big fan of the Subaru Forester Hybrid for its smart design and eco-friendly performance.

I believe we can make the world a better place by simply being kind to one another and making decisions that consider everyone’s well-being.

While I don’t currently have pets, life keeps me plenty busy with creative projects and the pursuit of personal growth. As for travel, Europe is my favorite destination overall—so much history, culture, and inspiration around every corner.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, I’ve always been inspired by the art of connection—whether it’s through people, creativity, or purpose. As a triplet, I grew up understanding the beauty of shared experiences and the importance of meaningful bonds. I’m an artist with a focus on textiles, and I’ve been fortunate to have my work displayed in Texas, New York, California, and even Italy. Each piece I create is an exploration of purpose, connection, and self-discovery. I share my home with two wonderful cats, Jasper and Onyx, who bring joy and curiosity to my days. When I’m not creating, I love to travel and find inspiration in new places. Malta is my ultimate vacation spot, with its rich history, breathtaking views, and vibrant culture. Driving my Subaru Forester reminds me that the journey is just as important as the destination. Whether I’m searching for purpose within or pursuing creative projects, I strive to live a life full of exploration, connection, and meaning.

Originally from Tiffin, Ohio, I now call Texas home, where I enjoy life with my wonderful wife, our two grown kids (ages 26 and 24), and our two amazing grandkids. Family and business have always been at the center of my life, and I take pride in everything I do.

My first car was a 1969 Dodge Charger—a classic that sparked my lifelong appreciation for great vehicles. These days, I drive a Subaru Ascent, perfect for family life and everyday adventures.

My personal mission is to be the best I can be and to help others achieve their goals along the way. Whether it’s through mentorship or simply setting a strong example, I believe in lifting others up.

At home, our dog Bailey keeps us on our toes, along with our four cats—Bella, Callie, Pumpkin, and Sammie—who definitely rule the house.

In my downtime, I enjoy collecting and selling sports cards, a hobby I’ve loved for years. When it’s time to relax, Florida is my favorite vacation destination—sun, sand, and plenty of good memories.

Fort Worth, TX, has always been home, and my greatest joy comes from watching my two kids chase their dreams. My oldest is studying to become an astrophysicist near Florida’s space coast, while my youngest dominates the high school baseball field with incredible ball control. Their success and passion inspire me every day. I’m all about spreading kindness and positivity. If I can leave someone a little happier after we meet, I know that joy will ripple out into the world. At home, I share life with two rescues: Baby, my spirited minchi (a mini pincher and chihuahua mix), and Miles, an orange tabby with a royal demeanor to match his full name—Sir Miles Richard Parker. The outdoors has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, my dad took us camping at least once a month, and now I’ve passed that love of nature to my kids. Arches National Park in Moab, Utah, holds a special place in my heart—it’s a breathtaking experience everyone should have at least once. From my first car, a 1988 Ford Escort GT (complete with a spoiler!), to my trusty Outback Wilderness, I’ve always been ready for the next adventure. Whether it’s exploring the great outdoors or cheering on my kids, I’m living a life full of purpose, passion, and connection.

I’m from Mineral Wells, Texas, and while my family lives out of town, we stay close no matter the distance. I’ve always been driven by a strong work ethic and the simple belief in treating others the way I’d want to be treated.

I started out driving a Honda Accord, but now I’m all about the Subaru WRX—a car that matches both performance and personality.

I share my life with my Corgi, Shelby, who I got from a friend. She’s full of energy and always keeps things fun.

In my free time, I enjoy watching a variety of sports and spending time outdoors—especially when I’m out fishing. When I’m looking to travel, Chicago is one of my favorite places to visit. The energy, food, and sports scene make it a destination I always look forward to.

I’m from Abilene, TX, where I live with my amazing family—my mom, brother, and sister. Family is everything to me, and they’ve always been my biggest support system. I’ve got a love for cars and music, which fuel both my work and my downtime. My first car was a 2004 Nissan Sentra, but these days, I’m all about the Subaru WRX—a car that blends power, performance, and style. I’m passionate about doing my best to help customers in their search for the perfect car. Making their experience enjoyable and stress-free is how I strive to make a positive impact every day. At home, I’ve got quite the crew of pets: Kujo, a loyal German Shepherd; Liberty, a Cane Corso with a big personality; and Cocoa, a chill Ball Python. They make life interesting and full of fun! In my free time, I listen to a lot of music, spend time fishing, and catch as much football as I can. When it’s time to unwind, Possum Kingdom Lake is my go-to spot—there’s nothing like the peace and beauty of the outdoors to recharge. I work hard, I play hard, and I’m always striving to be the best version of myself, both for my family and for the customers I serve.

I’m from Rio Vista, TX, and my passion for adventure and exploration has shaped so much of my life. Whether it’s hitting the trails for overlanding or dreaming up my next big journey, I’m always ready to embrace the great outdoors. I drive a Crosstrek but have my sights set on a Baja someday—it’s the perfect fit for my love of off-road adventures and exploring new terrain. Utah is my favorite getaway destination, offering some of the most incredible overlanding experiences and landscapes you’ll ever see. At home, I share life with my two kitty companions, Onashi and Binx, who keep things lively and full of love. Beyond my love for adventure, I’m deeply passionate about making a difference in the world, especially when it comes to cleaning up our oceans and protecting the planet for future generations. For me, life is all about connecting with nature, caring for the environment, and finding joy in every new journey.
