You’ll find a variety of yoga classes offered from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Soul Sweat Hot Yoga , located at 1217 Eighth Ave., #201. The Sun and Moon rooms are heated, with the Sun room offering infrared heat. Soul Sweat Hot Yoga also has women’s and men’s locker rooms with showers and basic toiletries provided. You can also rent a shower towel or yoga mat if needed.

This studio offers 30-day unlimited, three-month unlimited, or annual unlimited passes. The three-month option includes 10% off retail purchases. The annual pass includes a Manduka mat and Yogitoes towel at each visit, 15% off retail purchases and workshops, and five guest passes. There are discount offers for students, families, current teachers, and current police, fire, military, and medical personnel. You can purchase a drop-in pass for one class, a 10-class pass, or a weekend wanderer three-day pass. A 10-day aerial yoga pass, mat/towel rental, and a Lil’ Souls drop-in pass are also available.

A selection of drinks is available for purchase in the lobby before or after your yoga session, along with various beloved yoga brand items that get restocked weekly. Any supplies needed for your yoga class, such as straps, towels, or blocks, will be provided. Class offerings include:

  • Soul Sweat Sequence: A 45-, 60-, or 75-minute class at 50% to 65% humidity in 103- to 106-degree heat, designed for all levels.
  • Hot Power Flow: Either 45 or 60 minutes of energizing poses and upbeat music in 95- to 98-degree heat.
  • Soul Strength: Either 45 or 60 minutes of high-energy yoga in a room at approximately 100-degree heat.
  • Heated Vinyasa: For all levels, a class with 60 minutes of synchronized movement and breathing in 92- to 95-degree heat.
  • Power Vinyasa: A 60-minute class of heated and vigorous vinyasa flow to create strength through breath and movement.
  • Vin + Yin Fusion: A 60-minute offering in 92- to 95-degree heat, starting fast-paced and ending with long holds for deep stretching.
  • Yin + Restore: An offering of 60 minutes of yin-style yoga for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and deeper stretching of the joints, ligaments, bones, and connective tissues.

Additional offerings include:

  • A $10 cash community class on Saturday and Sunday, identical to the Soul Sweat Sequence for 60 minutes.
  • Aerial yoga with hammocks in the Moon room for 75 minutes.
  • Lil’ Souls non-heated yoga for children ages 4 to 12 for 60 minutes.

Indigo Yoga

Indigo Yoga, located at 5111 Pershing Ave., has classes available throughout the day. All are live streamed so you can participate in them from the comfort of your home. Indigo Yoga has 450 live classes available over the next 60 days, offering you plenty of options. If you attend classes in the studio, the rooms are heated to 96 degrees with 60% humidity, with sections of the studio offering cool zones or higher heat zones for yogis who prefer both. The locker rooms feature clean showers, restrooms, and lockers for convenience. Class offerings include:

  • YOD: Your Own Determination: A class that includes traditional yoga poses, 12 minutes of high-intensity interval training, and a cool down.
  • Music + Flow Lite: An easy-going, relaxing Sunday afternoon class for all levels.
  • All Levels Flow: A rejuvenating and restorative yoga option for all levels.
  • Slow Flow: A class that offers a restorative and relaxing yoga experience, perfect for beginners or those returning after injury.
  • Meditation: Virtual meditation classes that are 15-minutes long and use various themes, topics, and techniques.

Indigo offers a virtual drop-in for a single virtual class, an in-studio drop-in for a single in-studio class, a monthly virtual pass for all virtual classes, and a youth pass for virtual and in-studio classes for those ages 8 to 17. You can also opt for a seven-day pass for either virtual or in-studio and a Limitless monthly pass for all virtual and in-studio classes. The Platinum membership includes the Limitless monthly membership with all classes but adds a 25% retail discount and two guest passes per month. A new student special is currently available for a buy-one-get-one monthly membership.

The Sanctuary Yoga Room

The Sanctuary Yoga Room offers pricing for private sessions and special events, live stream classes, and in-person classes. Options are available for drop-in, a five-class pack, unlimited monthly with or without a virtual component, and an annual pass.
